Netcall develops and markets intelligent telephony solutions for businesses. The flagship product, QueueBuster, eliminates the need to be kept waiting on hold by call centres, giving callers the option of hanging up, keeping their place in the queue and taking a free call back when a live agent is available to speak to them.
The technology platform that serves all NetCall applications has been operational since 1996 and now incorporates over 70 man-years of experience; it is designed to enable customer contact applications to be delivered to users quickly and effectively.
The customer base comprises mainly blue chip companies.
Installed solutions are sold directly or via the company's international network of distributors, NetCall Telecom Inc. in the USA and NetCall Asia Pacific based in Australia. Hosted subscription services are sold by distributors in the UK and the USA.
Netcall’s business model generates revenues from software licenses; support contracts; installation and set-up fees: subscriptions and telephony charges. The company’s operations are fully scaleable to growing demand.
NetCall employs 21 people and owns its own international telephony infrastructure.

Henrik Bang joined NetCall in January 2004. Before joining NetCall, Henrik was for 5 years Vice President, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for GN Netcom, a subsidiary of GN Great Nordic, the Danish based technology group. Before that Henrik also held a number of international management positions in IBM. |
