He has extensive experience in fund-raising, management of R&D, strategic business development, and licensing and protection of intellectual property. Paul has worked in the pharmaceuticals, food, fine chemicals and agriculture sectors. |  John Adair, Senior ConsultantJohn is a molecular biologist with over twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, ranging from research to pre-clinical product development and including line and project management responsibilities. He has several years experience in management of biotechnology companies and has participated in the design and development of recombinant antibodies and vaccines. |
