Bridge Partners was set up by Daniel Kleeman and Andrew Glover in 2001 to provide practical, hands-on IT support to senior management.

The company has grown organically month on month and now has a team of highly experienced Support Managers who between them have many years of IT experience and a broad range of skills covering all aspects of ICT.

Daniel Kleeman, Founder

Daniel Kleeman started his career in Advertising with J. Walter Thompson after obtaining a masters degree in engineering from Birmingham University. He then set up and ran his own IT consultancy for five years before joining Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC as group head of IT. There he was responsible for the design and deployment of IT across twelve sites and over a thousand staff. After gaining an MBA with distinction from Ashridge he moved into strategy consulting with Cartezia Ltd and led engagements creating new businesses with a technological focus. These included commercial due diligence projects for venture capital firms, incubation advice for start-up companies, organisational development advice for established firms and 'green field' business planning for entirely new ventures for large corporates. Clients included Orange PLC; Sporting Index and Compaq.
At Bridge Partners Daniel is responsible for the technical delivery of the Bridge Partners service and leads a number of the strategic engagements. He has three children and lives in Cambridge.
Andrew Glover, Founder

Andrew Glover is a technology expert who has worked successfully in start-ups and in consultancies.
At Quillion (a provider of Asset Information Systems for the oil & gas sector) Andrew was project leader, responsible for designing the overall product architecture, prototyping of new ideas and involved in the senior management team, helping to grow the company from start-up to over fifty people.
He has worked as a technology consultant where he has been involved in due diligence analysis of prospective venture clients; provided technical consultancy to Telewest in relation to their broadband portal and has a developed a broad knowledge of the technology and companies involved in the broadband, wireless and internet server market places. More recently, he was interim CTO of Teamwarrior, a start-up company offering wireless data services to the new generation of handheld devices.
Andrew has a first class honours degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of East Anglia.
At Bridge Partners Andrew is responsible for the operational, financial and business development functions. He is married and lives in Cambridge.
