Artimi is a fabless semiconductor company developing single chip solutions for high bandwidth wireless connectivity based on Ultra Wideband (UWB) technologies.

Artimi's mission is to provide the lowest cost, lowest power, standards compliant UWB semiconductor products and complete UWB system solutions for our OEM and ODM partners.

The company achieved a major industry milestone in May 2005 with the release of RTMI-100, the world's first complete single-chip UWB system solution including radio, PHY, MAC and IOC. Artimi's active participation in standards and industry groups, such as the IEEE, WiMedia Alliance, Wireless USB Promoter Group and the Bluetooth SIG will ensure future compatibility and interoperability of our UWB devices. In addition, its flexible architecture will enable it to deliver a single chip WiMedia compliant solution when the standard is finalized.
