AdventIQ
www.adventiq.comAdventIQ Limited is a new venture whose mission is to explore the fusion of hardware and software for remote access solutions.
Sending keyboard, video and mouse (KVM) signals via IP networks is widely viewed as the future of the KVM industry as it transitions from analogue switching techniques. But current KVM-over-IP products often deliver a user experience far inferior to that of directly connected users. And market acceptance has been held back by the size and cost of the KVM-over-IP devices.
Adventiq's objective is to change this by offering integrated high performance silicon for KVM switches as well as industrial and embedded applications.
Adventiq is a privately-held company whose investors include RealVNC - the inventors of VNC - and Adder, the respected manufacturer of professional grade KVM equipment. The company says other strategic alliances will be announced in due course.
