It is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASM Scientific Inc., established in 1999. ASM was formed to develop and commercialise proprietary technology in the areas of nucleic acid amplification and sequencing. Commercialisation of the RPA technology is the current goal of the company.
ASM Scientific is seeking key industrial partnerships to bring RPA-driven products to market.
